Paseo Tablado del Bosque Estatal de Piñones y deslinde de la zona marítimo-terrestre litoral Piñones Rio Grande to Loiza 19 kilometers
A topographic survey was conducted along the coast from Loiza to Carolina comprising about 19 kilometers. The final plan of this project, which was intended to demarcate the maritime area, was subsequently used to design a boardwalk and a bikeway around the mangroves covering almost 50% of the area.
